Ordered some Vans trainers, we recieved today and was very happy when we opened the box at how much detail went into wrapping them, Thanks Maisie for personally wrapping them they looked beautiful. Product just as expected.
Be careful when exchanging goods, will put the original item on a giftcard and make the new purchase with the giftcard. Which is fine unless you would like to return the new item for a refund. Store will want to give you a giftcard to respend in store. Had to fight for a cash refund, however got a positive result! It's tough times for premium retailers, I wish this store all the best.

Look at the photos of the sneakers first. Received defected pair of sneakers. I recommend going to the store and checking the item in person. Bought through farfetch but didn't get a solution until I reached out to Philip Browne Menswear directly. EDIT: Philip Browne Menswear Customer Service handled the situation well and in a timely manner.
