Came in today to buy something for my wife and the shop smells like a charity shop ! Have your clothes come put of a damp warehouse? Very disappointing

Bought a lovely fur jacket from the Norwich Store today . When I got home I put the jacket on and it absolutely stunk -musty like smell . I can't wash it and am certainly not going to pay to have it dry cleaned . Even after careful airing it outside it still had a very strong musty smell . Will be returning for a refund and won't be buying anything else from the Norwich Store as you notice the musty smell as soon as you enter . Just didn't think it would be that bad the clothes would smell too . Very disappointed.
One of my favourite clothes shop, if you don't mind paying a little more the quality is superb, helpful staff I love it.

I like Fat face just wish they had more options for mens clothing as it seems 2/3 is womens and the last 3rd is for childrens and men's
I love the country style clothing here, the sublte colour palettes and designs are lovely. They have a wonderful pyjamas section for men and women and lots of really nice socks too.
I have been there once, a few years a go. I like the clothes style a lot and the place. Last time we bought nice leather bag and good wollyshirt. And we still have those. So the quality is very good.
A bit on the pricey side but great quality. The shop is really well laid out and the staff were very friendly.
