Great quality products and great company to deal with - bought a pair of boots for a gift and was worried about the size given a return would be outside the timescales. David at the shop couldn't have been nicer, told me not to worry and they'd exchange regardless. Boots were perfect in the end.

Some mod shops can be a bit gimmicky but this is the real deal. All the styles a mod wants but with a bit of quality. Never disappointed here, also a knowledgeable owner.
Ordered online. I didn't get and order number or confirmation email. I phoned up the shop to check that they had got the order (which they had received). Really good customer service and my order was sent out next day. Clothes are fab! Thanks. (Just sort out the online customer experience from the website to the payment sites and send out an email confirmation of the order. Then customers will be much more comfortable making online purchases).
I wanted to visit so was aiming to go in lunchtime for a browse but looking at a shirt for the Xmas party that would be a bit different and the owner was really helpful not pushy and found me the ideal one so I couldn't leave without purchasing. Great shop now in the City centre much better than before.
