   Kit Factory were exceptional from begin to end. I dealt with Brad who responded quickly and no nonsense wording. Emails were to the point. One thing I was impressed with is that they didn’t even asked me for our logo. The sample was taken from our website I assume and pop on.    Sam and the team at KitFactory have provided an exceptional service for our club, providing high quality garments across our Men's, Ladies', and Juniors' sections. All our items have been delivered on time, to spec, and with zero quality challenges whatsoever. It is very fairly priced relative to other suppliers, too. They have also helped with a range of bespoke and short-term requests, such as our goalkeeper smocks, our new away kit that was needed at really short notice, and various requirements from our juniors; this just shows how they go above and beyond for customers. The team are polite, proactive, efficient, and just nice people. We would happily recommend to any club.

   Sam and the team over at the Kit factory have been amazing in their help and support with getting a kit together for our newly formed U9s football team. They have been incredibly helpful, understanding and patient during the process. The end result is something we are all incredibly excited about and we cant wait to see the boys run out in the kit. We now have a complete kit from socks, shorts and shirts plus we even have a training kit and training tops all within a price that was more than reasonable for what we have. I would have no problem with recommending them to anyone looking for assistance with any sort of sports kit.

   I've used a few kit companies down the years in the UK and these guys are the best in the business. Quality responsive customer service. Top notch brands, as well as bespoke fabrics with so many choices and options. I return to them time and time again. Always very cost effective and these guys just go the extra mile. Friendly family run business, and unlike some companies they always seem to make you feel special and have that 'personal touch'. Top up orders from kit bought years ago, no problem, still on file. The Shirts we have bought are passed down to younger teams and still look like new. Colours are still as vibrant as when we first got them such is the material and quality of the fabric. I could go on about the option of printed badges, numbers, names as well as embroidered stuff, but its all just spot on right down to the small details and finishing of seams etc. Just give these guys a try, you wont look back. Especially for big orders that have to be right and on time. Proud to wear your kit guys. Thank you.
