   A truly amazing show shop this shop is, I bought multiple pairs of shoes from Steps 2.0 and the service was absolutely majestic every time, a very wide selection of shoes, and also really good prices, Amazing Shoe shop would come here again.

   No stars if I could have. Bought shoes £80 delighted with them. I have difficult feet and this is the only shop which has anything to fit been shopping here for years. The shoes sole started to come apart with little wear. Took them back expecting them to exchange as manufacture fault but no the lady tells me to glue them !!!! she bought shoes from sports direct and same thing happened to hers and she just glued them. I wanted to speak to manager and was told she would and wanted pictures for evidence. Gave info as requested. Returned few days later and was given a refund I had decided at this point I would no longer shop there. Thank goodness for the manager deciding yes I thought but as it turns out she was the manager and apparently had to ask the store owner which she did not explain. Credit to the store owner at least he/she has the customer as a priority. Will not shop here again until new management is is place.

   First and last time in this shop. Brought a pair of boots in their sale. Asked if i wanted a carrier bag, told i would only get one of their usual plastic carrier bags and not one of their nice black shiny bags with pink handles. Why!!! because i had only paid sale price.
