The manager is terrible, 0 customer service my daughter's shoes fall apart after a month and she did nothing to help me with them £40 wasted better off getting cheaper shoes from else where.. avoid
Went in a couple of weeks ago for my sons first shoes. Had a great experience with Sarah, she was great!
Bought an expensive pair of boots that gave my daughter blisters. We took them back as believed she had been measured incorrectly but was told they fitted but would need breaking in. After over a month of wearing them to school her heals are very sore and it obvious they don't fit and now because she has worn them they can't be returned.
Fair selection of shoes and helpful staff, but for a shop such as a Clarks it didn't have much in stock. I have failed again to buy shoes at this store.
Elan at The Clarks Shop, Carmarthen was a great help today. She helped to measure my lively toddler grandson's feet, and assist in the choosing of a cool new pair of shoes for him. She was patient and courteous, and very child-friendly. Diolch yn fawr, Elan!

Luke was absolutely great helping my two daughters choose school shoes. He was really patient and gave good advice on styles to go for based on the fit.
I booked a kids fitting this morning and was greeted by a lovely lady downstairs who sent us straight up to be looked after by Sarah - what wonderful service!! She knew her stuff, was fantastic with my two boys and got them sorted with very comfortable, quality school shoes. She also gave plenty of advice on shoes and trainers for the future. An energetic, friendly and superb shoe-fitter! We'll be back again soon! Thank you Sarah and team.
