    After speaking to a staff member regarding carseats, she suggested bringing the car and trying out the car seat we liked in it. So that is what we did, she booked us in the very next day and we purchased it and requested a home delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery service did not come on the day requested. Luckily, I had a phonecall from the same lady who helped us and she said they had delivered it to the store and that we could either pick it up from the store the same day, or she could drop it off (I assume after her work). She came and dropped off my delivery straight to my door without any obligation to do so. If you want a brilliant employee and customer service, she went above and beyond her job and I can't thank her enough.

    We attended over the weekend to look at all things baby related for our soon to be here little one. We met with a lovely lady called Rachel who was honestly our angel! She couldn’t do enough for us, and talked us through absolutely everything, showed us how everything worked and was just so helpful to us in every way. She answered any questions we had, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend especially if you would like some advice and guidance before the arrival of a little one! After some very rude customer service at John Lewis, Norwich where we had originally planned to make a pram purchase, we are so pleased to have been treated so wonderfully here and so pleased to have purchased through Mammas & Papas.     Lovely shop and wonderful staff :) been here with my partner twice to look at larger baby items and every time the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are happy to show you the features on products but then leave you to try them out yourself. We then went home and bought our pram, car seat and bedside crib through Mamas and Papas online. We also bought lovely little bits from the shop. So nice to be able to see the products and how they work :)

    We had a consultation with Marie to pick our pram and car seat etc. We thought we'd decided on the pram we wanted but after looking at some other options we found one better suited to us. Marie was very knowledgeable and honest about the things we would need. As first time parents it's really hard to know what to do for the best but Marie made it really easy. I would recommend anyone booking a consultation. Plus you get a £100 voucher if you spend £1000. It's a win win. Our baby needs to have open heart surgery at a few days old and the ladies who worked there handled the news so professionally and confirmed we could take back the pram if the worst happened during her surgery. This was such a comfort and one less thing for us to worry about at this super stressful time.
