   Lovely local cafe, the owner is very kind and friendly. The coffee is great and the menu has lots of good options. My boyfriend got the falafel wraps and chips, both of which were lovely. And lots of gluten free options for breakfast and lunch (including the chips!). I got toast with eggs, bacon and avocado - the toast wasn’t the best but overall the meal was lovely.

   Another fabulous visit to Flavour! Can here twice in December with my 5 sisters and it was the obvious choice when I was in Hove yesterday with 2 friends. Food was amazing: Full English, Shakshuka and French toast. All cooked perfectly and served with a smile. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

   Lovely little family-run cafe. I love an All Day Breakfast but they can be a greasy plateful. This was amazing and everything tasted fresh and non-greasy. I had to ask about the baked beans as they were so good. The owner said they were home made. Highly recommended. How do I give it 10 stars??

   I love this cafe. Can be difficult to get a seat due to its popularity. But I can't say anything bad about it. The smashed avocado with poached eggs, crispy bacon, sourdough toast and pimenton is unbelievable and possibly one of my favourite breakfasts/brunches. I definitely recommend
