Dropped by Tams for dinner, driving from Northern Wales to the West Midlands. On Google Maps it seemed like the best restaurant on that route, and it genuinely was phenomenal. The town itself was dead quiet that Sunday evening, but Tams was lively and cozy. The food was top notch too. Drop by Tams if you’re going through Oswestry, you won’t regret it.
A lovely meal was cooked and served here, but it was awkwardly quiet. The front desk chef wasn’t friendly but answered questions when asked. I wasn't quite settled, but I was determined to have a different taste for a meal. There was one other chef who gave a smile, which helped, but we quickly had our meals and left. If it's a meal you want, be sure to visit, their prices are fair too.
Absolutely amazing Thai food! Really really tasty and authentic. Staff very friendly and the portion sizes are huge compared to a standard Thai restaurant. It is our favourite restaurant in Oswestry.
My family and I had a fantastic experience at the Tam's in Oswestry! We were blown away by the authentic flavors and expertly prepared dishes. The Tun Yum was a standout, perfectly seasoned and with just the right amount of spice. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. We also loved the fruit bubble tea, featuring some unique and delicious drinks. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing dining experience in Oswestry.
Staff are so friendly, the food is great. I also love that you can get authentic cooking ingredients, I've visited Thailand before and fell in love with some of the instant noodles and snacks and was happy to see tams offer them.
Great service, great food, super value
We had Singapore noodles with tofu and vegetables. The guy serving is honestly the best person, super friendly and helpful. I Asked if they did vegan options and he said yes, and then suggested items from the menu, and helped me with ordering. The food was incredible, best tofu I've ever had. We will definitely be back, highly recommend Tam's Noodle Bar.
As always Tams delivers some of the most delicious Thai food we've ever had! Service is always so quick and the portion sizes are fabulous. We are even more excited as now there are eight vegan options on the menu, so more for us to try!
