Absolutely amazing food and service. Both waitresses were a delight to be served by and extremely friendly. Food was fantastic and wait time was good too. Would 100% come back again.

We were welcomed in and seated very quickly. Orders taken and food arrived in good time. Fantastic pasta and an amazing beetroot salad. The food is top notch. Our empty plates were taken and we asked for the bill, which came within minutes. My wife asked if we could pay by card please and we were told yes. We were at this point discussing how much tip to leave and when we would come back again. Roll on 15 minutes of us sat there with no drinks or food still waiting for the card machine to arrive with just the bill sat in front of us. More customers arrived and were seated and served whilst we still sat waiting. After 20 minutes I managed to catch the eye of one of the lady's serving who acknowledged me. 5 minutes later and still no sign of being able to pay and leave , I had to say "excuse me" to the same lady serving, who then proceeded to shout across the restaurant that they were serving drinks at the moment and would be with me when she had finished. We felt belittled in front of the rest of customers and made to feel we were behaving unreasonably, when in fact we had been waiting to pay prior to the customers being being served drinks even entering the restaurant. A very strange attitude to take to customers who had actually commented on how great the food was and were clearly having a nice time. Needless to say, we shall not be returning, which is a shame as the food was great and it's a place we pass frequently on our travels (as do our family).

From the moment we walked in you could feel the love. We were welcomed with a smile into this beautiful restaurant. The antipasti was fabulous, delicious and the gluten free garlic bread was a winner! I then had gluten free pasta Bolognese IT.WAS.DELICIOUS authentic made with love, I could have eaten platefuls. Kev had a diavola pizza and 8/10, I asked what would have made it a 10 and he said a little more fire, it was cooked to perfection! A slightly burned base The staff were genuinely invested in making the experience just great. We couldn't manage a dessert sadly. Would love a Fabrizio's in Banbury thank you

We came here for the reviews and wow, it was amazing. This is the nicest Italian we’ve been too in the Shropshire/Cheshire region. Every dish of food was tasty beyond belief and the pictures show it. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and spent the time talking about the food and specials on offer for the day. Easy to drive to, parking was easy and the building was simple and clean, it’s the food and the staff that really make this place a 5 star restaurant, google is spot on with this one.

First visit to Fabrizio’s. Plentiful parking, with nice modern decor. We arrived too early, my fault, but were able to take a seat in the bar area to have a drink while we waited to be shown to our table. The menu was varied and reasonably priced so we had high hopes. Whilst we couldn’t fault the food at all, it was lovely, we were very disappointed with the service. From placing our orders to the meal being served took over an hour and a half. So it was past 9 p.m. All of us had the intention of having a main and dessert, but we were so fed up being starving and of having waited so long all of us skipped a pudding in favour of heading home. No one came to ask if we wanted any additional drinks either. Granted we could have called a waiter over if we were desperate, but I think the staff are missing a trick there, drinks pull in a lot of revenue and for us only to have had one drink each in a two and a half hour stay is less profit for the sake of them asking customers when they see their empty glasses. Despite the lovely food, it’s left us unsure whether we want to visit again, which is a shame as I like to support local businesses in preference to chain restaurants. But the wait after ordering and lack of staff attention through the night isn’t something I’d be keen to repeat. Maybe we picked a bad night, as the rest of the reviews are pretty favourable, but with other local restaurants we know and love more on the ball, I’d be more tempted to give those my repeat business as I know I won’t be starving and fed up by the time my meal actually comes.

Lovely local restaurant which provided a good selection of Italian dishes and flavours. Service was good with friendly and efficient staff. We had a lovely evening! Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce was so delicious.
