Nooch is a delightful vegan haven tucked away, a true hidden gem. Their culinary team exhibits exceptional creativity, crafting dishes that not only boast superb flavor but also showcase stunning presentation. While their menu may seem straightforward, it would be a mistake to underestimate the culinary prowess of the chefs at Nooch. They infuse each dish with a remarkable blend of flair and flavor, elevating simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces. What sets Nooch apart is their commitment to both creativity and environmental consciousness. With a menu that evolves daily based on locally-sourced ingredients, they not only minimize waste but also consistently deliver dishes that are as delicious as they are visually striking. It's truly impressive to see how their chefs rise to the challenge of creating diverse, delectable meals from a variable set of ingredients. During my recent visit, my party indulged in the baked celeriac, orange glazed carrots, Nooch burger, and biscoff cheesecake. Each dish exceeded our expectations, leaving us thoroughly satisfied and immensely impressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Nooch to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit to this culinary gem.

We visited here for our anniversary meal and loved every minute. The menu has something for everyone and the food we had was AMAZING! We've booked to go back this month to try the Sunday roast. I hope it isn't the end for this fantastic place with great values. I've been telling everyone I know to go.

Had a lunch here the other day with a big group. The service was great and the food arrived very quickly, especially considering the size of our group. I had the gnocchi which was delicious. Incredibly talented chef, I've never tasted anything like it. Coffee was good too! Highly recommend, you will not regret it!

Nooch is a breath of fresh air with their menu of hearty soul food. I went on a Sunday and had the roast - after 10 years vegan this is the first proper roast I have had out and it was absolutely DELICIOUS. Roast potatoes, veg aplenty, stuffing, cauliflower cheese to name just a few bits and even a Yorkshire pudding. The list of desserts topped it off. I didn't have room but I couldn't leave without trying the sticky toffee pudding and I was in heaven! My partner had a crumble which was equally delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive and the place is off the beaten track with a relaxed atmosphere. Vegan or not, you won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed dinner here. They have a really nice variety of dishes from different cuisines - British, Middle Eastern, Asian and more. The portions were generous and the prices were great especially for the high quality of the food. They have a nice selection of desserts as well. The location is really nice as well, a comfortable restaurant on a quintessentially British lane. Highly recommend!!

Lovely place. Classy small plates vegan menu, think each was around £6/£7. Two of us shared 5 - that was the whole list! All impressive and tasty. Nice people, nice music... Will go again.

Outstanding flavours and wonderful staff. This new vegan restaurant in Shrewsbury is already in the top 5 in Shrewsbury. Super tasty meals, bursting with umami flavours. We are not vegetarian/vegan and you wouldn’t know the difference with meat equivalents. Staff were excellent and very helpful. As we could not decide on 2 desserts they provide a little tasting dish with all of them!! We shall return. Highly recommend.
