Excellent retro decorated cafe serving good quality food at a good price. Very warm welcome by a lovely lady who wore white shoes with a lovely decorated rainbow on them. I didn't catch her name, but was exceptional at what she does. Would highly recommend and would visit again.

Fantastic service, child friendly, excellent knowledge and options for gluten / dairy intolerances. The whole menu is gluten free so BEST place in Worthing by far. Great kids meals too, alternative milks to so I could even face a dairy free milkshake. What a treat!!

Amazing place. Food was lovely and came out very quick. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with the spoon, but we laughed about it and did not let it affect our breakfast βΊοΈβΊοΈ

I haven't been to munch for a few years now and popped in today for a bank holiday visit. It was well worth the wait, shame I haven't been more. I really enjoyed it before, but it's still the same fantastic place. Lovely staff, great atmosphere, tasty food, clean and laid out very well. Very accommodating with the food for my daughter, which was very nice and they have books for children to read, so good for little children and high chairs if needed. Definitely worth a visit. I'll be sure not to leave it so long next time. Thank you for a great visit and my daughter loved her hot chocolate.

Of course I've eaten plenty of brassicas over December. But also loads of rubbish. Including some not very fine moments, like a breakfast of cheeselets and stollen; or a dinner consisting mostly of cheese. Jan 1st brought a brisk beachside stroll and a desire for proper simple and healthy food to re- start the year well. This place offered exactly what was needed. Avocado and raw onion omelette sorted me out and I'm telling myself that the sweet potato fries are understandable, given the weather. The owner here runs an amazing setup. Good food, relaxed vibes, friendly but mega efficient staff, and cool decor, all in a beautiful seafront arcade with indoor and outside seatingand plenty of room upstairs too. This cafe is dog friendly, queer friendly, family friendly, senior citizen friendly - let's just say friendly. Pupkin was treated to free sausage. We enjoyed our visit. Special shout out for Teapigs tea. We had a chilli chai latte that was perfectly made and shows up exactly what a horrible sweet unspicy goo is the chai you get in most cafes. No instant sugary powder milk drink here, but a careful blend of real tea and spices with the correct balance between water and milk. I could drink this daily. If you're around Worthing seafront, give this gem of a cafe a visit.

This was my first experience here after being told to try it. We turned up with 7 people and didn't book with only a week until Christmas and they found space for us. The table service was prompt and engaging and they were great with the kids. Great location, great atmosphere. I will definitely be back for a nice hot chocolate with marshmallow and cream. Well worth a try.

Great spot set back from the road in the arched passage feels special. Real wood tables and a real reception from alert staff keen to please. Wonderful menu to suit most tastes and budgets. Food freshly and carefully prepared tasted very nice indeed. Coffee and tea also to high standard. We loved it here and will go again. Well done to the team.

Really friendly and genuine staff, fresh cooked food was delicious, and the prices were more than fair. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place for Breakfast or Lunch in the area.

Was looking for somewhere in town for cafe serving vegan food. Rang to ask and am glad I did. Absolutely friendly people tried the best to cater. The vegan panini was very nice, my beef burger and sweet potato chips was delicious. Coffee was good too. Was a good find and would come back.
