   I ordered a Java chip Frappuccino, which is basically a mocha with bits of chocolate. The guy made it without chocolate so I took it back and asked if he could make it again because it tasted odd. I watched him make it a second time and he did the exact same thing, resulting in the most anaemic Java chip frap I’ve ever seen. Pretty disappointing considering the price. Starbucks is meant to be standardised in their recipes so it really should be the same everywhere you go - and this has been my experience up until now. I guess the guy making the coffees just wasn’t very familiar with the recipes? Picture of my very anaemic Java chip frap included

   I recently visited this Starbucks and, while the staff were friendly and attentive, I found the overall experience disappointing. The baristas greeted me warmly, and it was clear they were doing their best, but a few key issues kept this from being a pleasant stop. The wait time was unusually long, even though the store wasn’t very busy. It seemed like there were some organizational issues that made service slower than expected. When I received my drink, it wasn’t quite up to the usual Starbucks standard – the flavor was off, and it seemed a little rushed in preparation. The seating area also felt cramped and not as clean as I’d hoped, with some tables not wiped down and the floor a bit messy. Despite these setbacks, the staff made an effort to ensure I was comfortable, which I appreciated. They were helpful and friendly, checking in on customers and offering to remake drinks if needed. It’s clear that the team here cares, but the store could benefit from some improvements to make the experience smoother. Hopefully, with a bit more attention to these details, this location can live up to Starbucks’ reputation. I also really don't like what Starbucks stands for or the message it sends

   Great Starbucks. Shame the drinks were served in take away cups. Had to ask for the toppings for the over priced praline cookie hot chocolate! The member of staff making the drinks was not particularly happy either!

   Ordered coffee and gingerbread latte. What was disappointing was dog hair all over the chairs ( I have a dog, so I’m not against dogs) just could of been all brushed down. Which was more horrible was the state of the toilet, it was absolutely disgusting. If I had seen the toilet before I had my coffee I would not of had one and definitely will not be going back.

   Although this is the shabbiest and worst decorated Starbucks I've ever been in, I'm giving it four stars because the staff are friendly and the jazz music is great. I also appreciate it as it's the only cafe open in the morning (it's now 9.26AM). If I was the manager here I would have the huge windows cleaned. That would make a massive difference.
