   One of the only shops in Bury St Edmunds that doesn't accept dogs. I wasn't aware of this as I had spent the day being welcomed everywhere from Primark to Smiggle. Went to return an item to store and was very rudely spoken to and asked to leave. Staff member needs to get some costumer service training.

   Horrible, rude management. Was asked to leave when I bought in my dog, there were no signs to indicate dogs were not allowed but hey ho, fair enough. The way I was asked to leave was rude and abrupt. It was a simple mistake, being in BSE I naturally assumed that dogs were welcome as the entire town is dog friendly. Don’t understand why Next hate dogs so much! It’s not in keeping with the rest of the town. I would understand a little bit more if I was bringing around my aggressive German Shepard, but a tiny little Westie who is well behaved isn’t going to do any damage? I was happy to leave, but it didn’t need such a horrible and rude approach. On another occasion, we witnessed the manager being very rude to a younger member of staff in front of us - it was so unprofessional and unacceptable that my mother had to step in and tell the manager that she was in the wrong! Will not be returning!

   Good but very busy at time of visit. Men's section upstairs along with home section. Staff friendly and helpful. Some items were out of stock and not a great selection of men's clothing but might be due to the size of the upstairs floor.

   I know a lot if people who love this store, yes the clothes are good quality but for me personally i would rather purchase 2-3 items than pay athd same for 1.
