Fire Alarm went off during the night and they were no staff on site to deal with it. (Health & Safety lacking here on a serious note) One of the other guest had to phone the fire brigade to deal with the situation. The doors were locked from the rooms to the pub. Tried the out of hours number 4 times and no one was answering. Fire alarm goes off again at 5am. No apology from the owner who eventually turned up. Room was dated and dusty. Paying Β£80 for room only was a tad expensive but to add lack of sleep and safety concerns was something that canβt be overlooked. Iβd seriously avoid at all cost. NOT HAPPY

We held a 40th birthday party in the garden here recently for 90 people, the venue had plenty of space for us. The children were able to enjoy the garden. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this pub.

Very warm and welcoming. Great range of drinks. Excellent homemade grub. And live entertainment too, if you choose the right night. I also noted that local groups from Poetry to Pagans are supported.

I recently visited The Crabtree in Shoreham-by-Sea for a pint, and it was a pleasant experience. The pub has a welcoming, traditional feel with a friendly atmosphere. The staff were attentive and made sure I felt comfortable. I enjoyed a pint of their local ale, which was perfectly chilled and flavorful. The ambiance was relaxed, with a mix of locals and visitors enjoying the cozy setting. Whether youβre inside or in the garden, itβs a great spot to unwind. Overall, having a pint at The Crabtree was a delightful experience, and I look forward to my next visit!

Nice Fullers local, very handy for the railway station. London Pride was on top form & the pies are recommended! Some interesting local artefacts are on display.

Stayed for one night as had to be up and about in Shoreham early in the morning. 10/10 service, thank you for being so friendly and understanding when we unfortunately checked in quite late. A very comfy bed and good nightβs sleep, bathroom could benefit from a spruce up, but ultimately, for the price we paid and the location, we were absolutely thrilled, so thank you!

Really friendly and helpful staff. We were made very welcome. Evening meal was home made and wholesome. Stayed over for a gig there by a friend. Good atmosphere. Room was spacious and well equipped if a little dated in its decor. Free parking close by and great location for exploring the town which has lots to offer.

Charged 110 pounds for a very cold room and no breakfast. Was told 'We're not doing breakfasts at the moment ' thoroughly disappointed as we've stayed there before and had good service. Needless to say we won't be staying there again
