I've been buying from Mexgrocer for a few years now. My children are Mexican and Indian and love Mexican foods more than Punjabi food! So, when I found the shop online, I was super excited and wanted to order almost everything!! I used to live in San Diego where all these foods were readily available and miss that. I bought 10 packs of the Maseca Blue on 31 March 2020 and it was delivered on 1st week of April and there are all expiring in 15 May 2020 ! Although good selection of products but I wouldn’t buy from them again ! Disgraceful business owner !
Phoned up the service team to ask some questions and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and welcoming of questions. Even when my phone cut out and I had to call back they were so polite. On top of this, great range of products at great prices! Will definitely be using their services again!
I have been ordering from them for a few weeks now, and not once have they failed me. I ordered a huge box of food, drinks and snacks for my family and not only was everything accounted for (I was surprised as it was such a huge order) but it was packed incredibly well, with recyclable packaging and I was soo impressed with how fast it took from my order, to processing, to the delivery to my house. I got free delivery and the whole thing arrived in three days! I will be ordering again next week
