   So visited the store and was making a purchase. Handed over cash. Said sorry we have cashed up for the day,it’s card only.As we close dead on 5pm. According to my watch it was 4.50pm. It should be stated at the till. No cash payment after 4.30pm etc. Why couldn’t she popped the money in an envelope put it in a safe place and put it through the till first thing in the morning.no wonder shops are doing there brains. To turn away £50 pair of trainers. The worlds got bonkers & to pot.

   Yesterday in the evening (Saturday the 13th of August) I walked by and saw a pair of shoes I really liked but they were closed as it was really late. I'm leaving tomorrow for vacation and my only chance to buy the shoes would be today (Sunday the 14th of August) but I was working until 17.00pm. I saw on their opening hours (which were displayed at the store) that they were closing at 17.00pm, too. I made a huge effort and asked from my employer to leave 1 hour earlier so I could go to the specific store. I get permission after all and I'm leaving work running like a headless chicken in the heatwave to get to pavers. I was there exactly 16.30pm. Guess what !!! The store was closed ... opening hours displayed say they are closing at 17.00, same as their google listing. I can't believe how unreliable this company is. Never visiting again!

   This shoe chain DO NOT DESERVE any stars ! They only stock shoe sizes for women up to size 7 . Why must I be made to feel like a freak and have to wait for them to order any shoes I wish to try on. What happened to equality for women as i could have brought mens shoes in my size! Totally disgusted
