   Went into Great Yarmouth store today 21/6/2023 approximately 9.45 am. Some lovely clothes, chose 2 pair cropped trousers and 2 tops , approximately £60. Wasn’t busy, went to till and as we got their the assistant walked off and was quite clearly chatting to a friend who had just come in. 12 minutes later still no service, assistant still talking to friend so left all 4 items on the counter by the till You lost my custom today and maybe others too. When you pay to park your time is precious and don’t have time to wait until an assistant has finished talking to a friend. I am just one, how many more has this happened to?
