   Lovely patient staff here. There's a variety of footwear, including boots, shoes, trainers and slippers. They offer different widths and half sizes. In terms of accessibility, there is a double door entrance and two steps with handrails in the middle of the shop. The only downside in my experience was the hard chairs, but deliberating over different shoes mostly distracted me from that.

   I was served by Liz. Boots great fit but the colour not in store. Liz assured me ordering and having them sent to my home in Sussex would be fine. In fact they arrived before I did and I was and am delighted. Thank you Liz, the noots are just great.

   Hotter Shoes Norwich. After visiting many shoe shops in Norwich, happened upon Hotter Shoes. What fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble. The shoes my wife chose were not in stock in black so was offered the same in brown to try. They fitted perfectly so the salesperson ordered for them to be delivered to our home address and at no extra cost. We shall return.

   Always a pleasure to visit Hotter. Staff friendly and helpful without being over bearing. Once you are trying on styles they do leave you to discover comfort for yourself but also still available to fetch other options. Staff l have dealt with have been knowledgeable about size, width etc and know what is in stock and always willing to order for you. Hotter can be on the expensive end of the market but the quality and fit is outstanding and my shoes, boots and sandals have lasted for ages. Hotter often have sales and special offers which makes it more affordable.

   Excellent shopping experience! Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The shop is clean, tidy and very pleasant. Chairs to try on aren't all on top of each other, you feel like you have your own space. Really couldn't fault them! Would definitely recommend.

   I visited back on 18th June, very late afternoon whilst visiting a relative... there is no Hotter store anywhere near where I live so it was on my must visit list re Norwich shops. All the staff were very helpful and I found just the right pair of trainers... I am very careful re comfort and fit, and take my time, and it was not long before closing time, but the staff...were patient and friendly and didn't rush me. 10 out of 10!!!

   The staff were helpful and friendly and when I liked a style that they didn't have in my size, they offered to order them in for me. I told them I didn't get over to Norwich very often, no problem, they said they would deliver them to my address. Best of all there was a sale on at the store and, yes, I found a pair of shoes in my size that I liked. Bargain!

   We were visiting Norwich and found this lovely shop in the most central location possible, hard to miss it. I have "difficult" feet and always order Hotters online, as they have no shops in London. Visiting an actual shop was a real pleasure. Me and my 3 friends have spent over an hour there, each purchased 2 to 4 pairs of their most comfortable shoes in the world. The staff couldn't be more helpful. They were searching for sizes for us, they were amazingly polite and sweet and patient. They didn't make us feel unwelcome at any point and we literally had fun buying shoes for the first time in a very very long time. Top notes for them. Shopping there was a real pleasure. I hardly ever write positive reviews, but they were exceptional. The shop is lovely, not too big, not too small, with a great sitting area and a huge mirror, clean, tidy, great choice of styles. Thank you Hotter Norwich team!
