The depot was clean and tidy.Staff were keen to help and were efficient. The price paid for my tyres was the best that I could find for the tyres that I wanted. First time using Formula One but will not be my last. I shall always check with this company when looking for tyres. A good experience.
Took my taxi in to formula 1 yesterday. To have a puncture fix. Received absolute excellent service. Booked in later that day. So I left the car with them. Only live up the road. When I came back to pick up the car and went to pay them. They wouldn't take the money and said have this one on us. I have purchased a tyre from them in the past. Definitely be going there again.
Kieran was brilliant – really easy to deal with, quick to get booked in and he did a great job. Very professional but also friendly and genuine, which makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be going back to him in the future and would happily recommend this garage to anyone.
This place was fantastic, Ben and Kai were very helpful with diagnosing my car issues. Fixed and sorted within the hour. Will definitely come back again!
Will never use a different garage again. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always keen to help or provide alternatives where possible and not overpriced. Quick service when I've needed issues checking suddenly. Used MOT/service, brake check and tyre replacement.
I arrived late (gps issues) for an MOT. They still took me and willingly did all the unexpected paperwork for my NI registered car. Really helpful and speedy!
First visit was amazing , the guys looked at my motor , told me what was wrong. They said they couldn’t do the work so I did most of the works myself. I asked them to confirm what the leaking pipe was and they told me to bring it back I and they will look at it. After being kept waiting I was approached by a worker who was disinterested in looking under the bonnet and gave me a list of what it could be. Completely unhelpful and poor customer service
I initially provided a poor rating for the extremely poor customer service I originally gave. Post my complaint and poor rating I was contacted by Steve, a senior manager at the garage who requested the opportunity to put things right. Reluctant at first, I agreed. Problem has now been resolved. Thank you Steve for your patience and swift action to rectify the tyre problem and resolving the customer service issue.
First visit, had to get a MoT having just arrived to the UK with an expired one. Booked and paid online for after my ferry arrival. Job was started on-time, only needed a headlight adjustment that they did immediately and happy to say it passed. Can thoroughly recommend them. This review is well overdue it's not the first time I have used them and their work is exceptional. Only people I would trust to fit tires to fresh painted wheels. Fantastic work, very quick and very well priced. Thanks once again.
