   I had an issue with a range cooker and getting the manufacturers to come and repair. I went into the Carmarthen store and Paul was amazing! He spent an hour and a half on the phone to the helpline and after insisting that he was put through to the call centre manager my problem was resolved and I will be receiving a new cooker in time to cook Christmas lunch. Paul went above and beyond and I am very gratfull for his help.

   Staff are great. Explains everything. Went in to buy a TV after mine stopped working.. Only problem was there are no public toilets for customers, which I find really disappointing

   Very disappointed with my recent experience at Curry's. I ordered a TV and fridge freezer and was told I qualified for finance, but after wasting almost two hours they suddenly declined it and I had to pay in full. On delivery day only the TV arrived, and no one informed me the fridge was out of stock. The manager in store was unhelpful and said it wasn't their responsibility to inform customers. My kitchen was waiting for the fridge, but all they offered was a different colour, a week's delay, or to cancel the order. Completely unacceptable service.

   Well first of all the service is absolutely lovely, they have a wide selection of technology available and the prices are usually the best prices out there. Recently got a new laptop, and they helped choose the perfect one, exactly for what I needed and just overall, Majestic Tech Shop. Would recommend.

   Don't go if you want to look/test products before purchase. They only had the most expensive headphones available to try, asked if others were available but effectively sneer at because I didn't want to buy the 'flagship' product. Having contempt for people because they're on a budget seems really bad taste given the current climate

   Credit where credit is due, went here to buy a laptop. Got approached shortly after entering by a lovely member of staff. She informed me should would send someone over to help me. A few minutes later a member of staff came over and asked me about what I was looking for. She then showed me some options & was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the laptop we settled on and so I bought it. She did offer insurance and security that I didn't need at the time but was not pushy. Just generally good customer service. I believe her name was Sarah-Beth? Possibly. Totally different to the experience I had in the Llanelli store the night before where I'd waited 45 minutes to be seen by someone and after seeing the staff stood in a circle on phones gave up and left. But that's for a different review!

   It’s another Curry’s. Though considering we were there to actually buy an oven and a fridge, no one approached us, or even tried to see if we needed help. Typically until I am ready, I don’t want to be bothered, but they certainly didn’t even try.

   Had a long wait to buy a tumble dryer 3of there staff upstairs jus talking had to ask for assistance after waiting like 15 mins then I asked about 3/4 tumble dryers and said we don’t have that one so at the end we bought one payed for it then told wait down stairs be with you soon had to wait 25/30 mins for it then a young lad come and helped us to take it to the car it was pouring down the lad was so helpful he took it out of the rapping and put it in the car it it wasn’t for the lad I would never shop there again

   I normally refrain from writing negative reviews, but something must be said about this store. This is the FOURTH time it has happened and I’m getting fed up. On all four occasions of going in to the store and buying something, we have been stood waiting for assistance for over 25 minutes every single time. 25 minutes!! I have had to walk out of the shop many times before due to the waiting around, but these are just the occasions I bought something! Not once were we assisted in a reasonable amount of time (and I mean reasonable…15minutes). The store was never busy at these times either! I have finally had enough and will not be returning to the store ever again. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are actually really lovely and helpful when they do come to assist, but when you have to wait over 25 minutes for it, it’s beyond ridiculous. Looking at other reviews I can see this is a common occurrence - please sort it out!
