   Console was sold second hand online, but I was not told that the screen was scratched, the one of the controller joysticks is in bits, and they couldn't manage a simple next day postage which I was not refunded for even though I ordered at 3pm - the package wasn't sent (at least according to royal mail) until 3.45pm THE FOLLOWING DAY, they just paid postage at 6.30ish pm the first day to make it look like they had dispatched it. It would have been acceptable if it was sent first thing in the morning, but these guys clearly aren't prepared to manage online sales to the standards we expect. Was it acceptable enough not to ask for a refund? Yes, just. Because I can't be bothered dealing with the admin.

   Only reason this is even getting 2 stars is because thankfully the console is good condition and working. The reason it is not going any higher is because of the woefully poor packaging (a cardboard box and a thin sheet of bubble wrap with cables left loose in the same box and a smaller box inside where the cables could have been placed. But a good amount of space for the console to rock about and potentially get damaged in transit) and AN EFFING WARRANTY STICKER OVER THE HARDDRIVE BAY!! I AM FUMING!! I was looking forward to putting my SSD in to replace the normal HDD but no I have to wait a ****ING month! If I could buy a brand new one Sony allows for HDD replacement but noooo this EFFING COMPANY WANYS TO STOP THAT!! absolute livid is an understatement.

   Iv never used this shop personally but my son is on his way there to sell a phone against my will. The phone is in my name, not his and is still tied in finance for another two years. I assumed that cash max would check these details but my son has informed me that they don’t care. I am currently waiting to see what happens and will report back this issues conclusion. I was under the impression that these places were legally bound to ask for proof that the item belongs to them, particularly phones. It’s an easy process to check the details of this phone but we’ll see.

   Bought a mobile here and it was broken from the start. Wouldnt load any apps and buttons were dodgy. Went back into store and complained but he said after 40 mins even though it is broken we won't be refunding it but instead give a second used phone. Very disappointed in the service. He admitted to selling a broken product and refused to refund.
