Too much of the things that you actually need (like pc peripherals for example) are only available online, so, unless you want a big ticket item you'll be out of luck. Given their 'dominance' as an electrical retailer you'd think they'd make more of an effort.

Tried to by a laptop. Got palmed off by two employees stood at a computer googling absolutely nothing. Decided to leave and buy my nice new gaming laptop elsewhere with better staff

Always find what I need, either here in-store or at other stores nearby. Staff is always available to help you with any questions.

Electricity. The lifeblood of the Currys shop floor. Be it fridge, freezer or fridge-freezer, you can find it up the stairs. Flatter, more screen-based good are on the found floor. These can be costly and take a lot of thought before purchase, so don't be rushed and enjoy the eerie calm of the Currys warehouse-styled interior. The staff are eager to help and very supportive of your purchase. We went in, saw a white good we liked and purchased it with minimum fuss. You want insurance? You'll have a hard time leaving without it. You want accessories? Just try and avoid them. It's like shopping on the internet but much better, because you can ask questions and poke the items prior to making a decision.

I popped in to Curry's, Pemberton Park retail site, yesterday Friday 26th Sept at about 13.00hrs, intending to buy a new washing machine and tumble drier. 4 staff members standing chatting inside the front door quickly broke up and dissipated into the store. None spoke to me. I walked over to the stairs and waited for the lift which took me upstairs, I looked around and saw all 4 together again at the front of the store leaning about , chatting. The store was very quiet at this time. I was the only customer upstairs. I spent some 15 to 20 mins looking at appliances and looked for assistance. None came. I walked to the barrier overlooking the ground floor and called out 'help' ! A store/manager assistant in a hi vis jacket called up to me, there's only one staff member upstairs there. Ok, I continued walking up and down the aisles for at least another 10 minutes and saw a member of staff who was always an aisle length ahead of me. I went to the the upstairs admin station and stayed there a few minutes but no one came to help me. I gave up eventually, and walking past the fella in the hi vis vest i left the store. He didn't say a word to me, or I to him. I left a virtually empty , except for staff members store, none of whom offered me any help, and left somewhat relieved. If that's how it is to be at Curry's Llanelli, I'll shop elsewhere, and so should you.

Called there to see a laptop I had looked at online. After initially being palmed off/ignored by a member of staff, Greg then came to assist me. He was very helpful and friendly and made the experience hassle free - thanks Greg.

Great click and collect service. But package was damaged on receipt. Informed attendant but he said he had checked and all.the contents were there

They know they've got the monopoly on electronic/electrical goods and don't have to offer any customer service. Most of the staff couldn't care less and let you wait unattended and unless you take out their extended warranty, you've got absolutely no chance of getting faulty goods either replaced or repaired. Don't waste your money - much better to go somewhere else - the few pounds you save at purchase will bleed away and trebble if the goods prove faulty which they often do!!

One of the best branches of Currys. Very wide varieties and stock is always available to deliver. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My assigned staff was awesome , (my nhs discount card was not accepting for a 5% offer, but staff gave a 5% off without any card❤️ ). Service was quick .A big applause for staff aswell. Well maintained showroom with all covid protocols.
