I used to go here several years ago for MOT and servicing. I have since been using MOTEST Lewes because it's closer to home. I went for an MOT - I asked them to get in touch if something needed doing to get the car through its MOT. Even after promising me that they'll call in case of issues, I got no call. I called 3 hours later and was told the MOT had failed and they would get back to me with a quote on repairs. Since the quote was more than the car's worth, I went to pick up the car. Beyond taking the money for the test, they did not bother to say anything. Appalling customer service - the person serving me should at least have had the courtesy to talk me through the MOT certificate.
Brilliant service all around! Took my car in for some much-needed repairs and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional and welcoming from the start. They explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail and quality of work were top-notch. Honestly, service was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
