These boxers are the most comfortable pairs of underwear I've ever worn. I won't ever go back to another brand. They are so supportive too for any sort of sport and exercise.
Quality appears good and new email subscribers get a good deal on their first pair... however the sizing was off. I used their size checker and cross referenced this with another retailer selling Step One and both said a medium is ideal but I would size up and go for a large if I had known how tight and small they were. I like tight but these feel restrictive. I only bought one pair so I can't return these sadly as you can obviously only return unopened pairs which I accept.
Advertise a ‘buy 4 get 4 free’ offer on their website but when I got to the shopping cart the offer was not applied. Messaged them and they said the offer had ended (sent me a copy of the offer terms and conditions)….. if it had ended why still show it on your website? At best a bit incompetent and at worst deceptive!
