   I've now been using Shayne and his team for the various cars we have had over the last few years. They have been is far and away been the best experience of a car mechanic that I have ever had. I was stuck in the rut of putting our cars through the dealerships and being charged a fortune, for very average service, under the false assumption they were the best. So, better honest service at a cheaper price, I'm never going back. We will continue to use Alverstone Autos and encourage others to do so. Thanks Shayne!

   I was quoted £2000 for seized turbo after not using my van for 6 months due to illness by 2 separate companies . I was almost about to get work done when I thought I’d Google another mechanic and found this one. They were quick and honest to diagnose it wasn’t the turbo at all. It was a blocked regen system. So after having that cleaned and new coils and anti roll bar bushes plus finishing up with an MOT the bill was £945 very happy from start to finish. They even offered me a courtesy vehicle which I didn’t need but nice to offer. Will be using them in the future for any work I need to get done. Thanks again

   On holiday and my car wheel was at a really bad angle. Rang Alverstone Autos with the hope they could squeeze me in last minute. They couldn't be more helpful. Had a look, unfortunately the rear axle had broken. So while I was trying to enjoy some of my holiday they got it sorted on the road ready for the RAC to come. They then spoke to the bloke about the issues and all got sorted. Lovely people who couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend.
