   I often work in Biggleswade so decided to grab a Chinese on my way home. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the owner was very welcoming and courteous. A slight wait for the food as he said it was busy. however when we received the takeaway he gave me a free beer which was much appreciated. The only issue was the spring roll....., it had sausage meat in it. I have never encountered this before...

   First time we tried here. Went in for a takeaway but was offered a table so decided to eat in.. was seen to the table.. 20 MINUTES later our drinks and food order was taken. 30 MINUTES later our soup arrived. 15 minutes part of our meal arrived then 15 minutes after that the housin sauce and veg arrived .... NO DUCK/PANCAKES.. really so we paid for the drinks and left.... we was told they were really busy... I realise that of course I do so WHY was we offered a table? If I could give a minus score I would. We will NOT be going back

   I booked Jade Garden for my football club christmas meal. For a group of 15 people. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Food was good and fairly priced. Lots of empty plates at the end. I would recommend this restaurant.

   Honestly never has such a bad takeaway in my life, no taste, was cheap meat, and cheap noodles. Shocked by how bad it tasted I had to send it back. They didn't give me a full refund, very stingy because I used half the sauce in the tub? Honestly appalling service . Keep clear!

   5 of us went for a birthday meal. Saturday night and not at all busy. Took 20 mins for a drinks order to be taken then 40 mins for our food order, over one hour later the food came out dish by dish took 25 mins to get most of the food as some dishes were missing others were wrong. First lot of food cold. Prawns were not cooked properly. One of the dishes' sauce was split over my foot and trousers. Service very poor, took forever to get a drink. Cost too much for the value of the service and food. Wont be going back or recommending this place.

   Me and my girlfriend ordered from here for the first time tonight. When we got there they told us they were supposed to be closed 10 mins ago, we didn’t notice this but they were soooo friendly about it and stayed longer to wait for us. We got our food and we thought it tasted amazing!! It looks so F ing good and tastes even better!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!! :))))

   We had a gathering of 19 friends on new years eve of 2015 at Jade Garden and it was bloody BRILLIANT! Every few minutes we'd see a takeaway order go out the door, yet they still had the skills to get our meal out to us as well as the other side of the restaurant which was fully booked. So managing a full restaurant and many, many takeaway orders on new years eve was VERY impressive! - The food was delicious! - It wasn't cold when brought out to us. - The portion sizes were great! - The staff were very polite and didn't rush. - The price was great! VERY Highly recommended! :D --- 3 years later and we're still eating from Jade Garden! Delicious! (hence the picture!).
