   Unfortunately I haven’t had the best experience. I had asked to have the wing mirror fixed alongside some other issues with my car. The other issues were fixed; however, the incorrect wing mirror had repairs done to it. I would understand if the both wing mirrors had equal damage, but the one that was fixed only had cosmetic damage (it had one strip of duct tape on the join); and the other wing mirror I wanted fixed had the casing completely off and was clearly the mirror in need of urgent repair (I’ve attached a photo). I even left them know I left the wing mirror case on the passenger seat in the car in case they could reattach it. If there was confusion as to which wing mirror to fix, I would have expected a call just to clarify if I wanted to leave the very broken wing mirror untouched. When I asked if I could have the correct wing mirror fixed I was told that I have to come back and pay a lot of money that includes labour. I had already paid for the wrong mirror to get fixed and labour for that, so I would have hoped for at least some middle ground where they could had offered something for the inconvenience of this all.

   Uckfield motor services are always helpful, considerate and professional answering any questions and have provided assistance when my car broke down. Their pricing is competitive and they offer many different services. Their communication is very good with text reminders and courteous phone calls. I know my car is serviced in a timely manner and the MOT department carries out a thorough test I can rest assured they do a very good job!

   The boys at UMS were a massive help to me on Friday night when I got a flat tire- like completely flat! I own the florist on the high street and had an event the next day so needed the car asap! The boys rescued me from the high street, drove my car to the garage and fitted me a new tire in 45 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff, will definitely be back now I know they are there. Thanks guys

   Called in to UMS earlier today as our van had recently displayed some warning lights on the dashboard. I explained the issue to the guys at reception and within 5 minutes one of their technicians had come outside & plugged the vehicle in to their laptop. The issue was diagnosed, explained clearly & rectified getting us back on the road in no time at all Great customer service, thank you.
