The ladys and men at the front desk were very polite, professional and all went above and beyond. The technicians I did see were also very polite. The price is competitive with other local services. As always I am incredibly happy with the overall service and care this team provides.
I have been very impressed with Cedar Garage. I got an expensive repair done here and was kept fully up to date with all costs at all times and everything was clearly explained. When I returned with a slight issue recently this was resolved straight away as well. The staff are polite and friendly, the booking process is easy and straightforward and the paperwork is always sent through as soon as the work is done. Highly recommended!
When I made the initial call regarding a DPF issue, Rob was extremely knowledgeable and gave me confidence that the fault could be repaired without the risk of being overcharged. I was kept fully informed throughout the process and received a link explaining the work required, which allowed me to review and authorise the repair easily. We’ve used the garage three times now and always been impressed. Our first visit turned out to be complex and the car failed when we had it back. But they were diligent in sorting it out. We have two Fords, one 20 yrs old and one 14, they’ve been excellent and just wear and tear issues. It’s nice to have a garage that knows Fords.

I was very impressed with Cedar Garage. The service reception was well staffed with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. My car is not worth a great deal and they understood that tracing an elusive electrical fault could be time consuming and expensive. They kept me posted on progress and in the end the technician working on my car sorted out the problem in a reasonable time. All this at a much lower price than a main dealer. I can recommend Cedar Garage and will certainly use them again.
MOT and service carried out, including an oil change. The whole process was outstanding and all staff I dealt with were very professional, organised and informative - particular mentions to David who booked my car in and was so nice and helpful throughout the call and Stacey who was very thorough, looked after me and did everything with so much care. I could feel that the Cedar Garage had good teamwork throughout the departments and staff were a credit to the business. My car needed lots of work (all my fault for not getting it looked at sooner) I had approached 2 garages already that took 2 weeks to let me know they could not fix it.. they recommended cedar! All calls/communication was professional, polite and ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Given all the things wrong with the car! And it needing an MOT... I believe the price to been extremely reasonable and of top quality! The car was kept safe until I was ready to pick it up and even driven to me to take home! I did not feel under any pressure. I will be using the garage from now on for all the cars needs..and strongly recommending cedar to friends and family
Cedar garage are excellent! My car needed it's MOT and service. At very short notice they booked it in!
