   Food is just about ok. Small portions. Very stingy with the sauces - was shown a pot of sachets, allowed to take 2 before it was whipped away never to be seen again. No salt or vinegar on the table either. Not the best experience.

   To good to go surprise order was a shock to say the least. A £30 order for £10 was a bag of frozen mash potato 5 single servings of nacho cheese dip and 5 single servings of smokey veg bean chilli sauce. Zero interest from staff when asked for assistance, there is not a meal with what is in the shock bag.staff at the time of pickup were absolutely abysmal, will not return to port Talbot store again

   We have been coming here for 20 years, and never has the service been so bad. There is total confusion in the kitchen and you can wait up to 3/4's of an hour to get your meal. And then it's either cold, or cooked to a crisp. And don't get me started on the chips", like cardboard, we had lively food here in the past, its a shame to see it loose its reputation.

   great coffee and service. breakfast was really good and prices were very reasonable. very handy charging ports. we went there about an hour before closing and was able to stay a bit longer. only issue is that it would be so much nicer and effective if it was open later occasionally.

   Extremely poor management very slow waited 1/2hour for pie,mash,peas and gravy for nearly £14.00 definitely not worth the money I'm giving it 1 star because the waitress were great but food incredibly disappointing I would go there for a coffee again but not for food avoid food it was im sure a child's potion

   Went for breakfast today , was told 30 minute wait but didn't mind, breakfast came out and we were told they had no brown sauce "the cafes in a super market" I requested a refund but the guy serving went and bought a bottle himself, I then noticed the beans were missing , I ordered 1 slice of toast and was shocked that it cost £1.75 for a single slice of toast.
