    Very poor customer service, no one easily around the store to help customers and the staff act as though they couldn't be bothered to speak to the customers. They seem to know very little about running too and a very limited supply of running shoes on offer to buy.

    Superb service! I had to cancel my original booking for gait analysis due to pulling a calf during a run the same morning. I rebooked for this afternoon and was expertly attended to by Chris. Excellent customer service, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and I didn't feel at all.pressure it hurried. Quite the opposite. Additional suggestions and advice were freely given when asked and I felt very happy to go downstairs and pay for what will hopefully prove to be the ideal pair of running shoes for me.
