   The girls who work here are genuinely the sweetest. I've occasionally popped in after the gym a few times, and they’ve always been super friendly. Today I ended up leaving my phone in my dad’s car by accident and was completely locked out of my gym, so I was kinda stuck alone with no way to contact anyone. I asked the girls behind the counter if I could use one of their phones (which I know is such a weird thing to ask haha), but they didn’t even hesitate - they just handed it over so I could try to message him. They definitely saved me from being stuck there for like 3-4 hours. I tried to say thank you as I left, but they were a bit busy working - But again, I really appreciate it. You don’t get kindness like that everywhere!

   I had a burger in a roll. The burger was fine not the roll was very chewy and hard to bite, probably because of the heating process. I couldn't eat it. The vegan muffin was nice although a little dry and crumbly in texture. The Chai was lovely. At a cost of just short of £15, I could have had a full meal in a local pub. I won't be buying food here again.

   I visit this store on a regular basis, and I must say I'm always welcomed with great service and outstanding coffee and food. As a regular the guys working there always sway me to try new flavours all the time. I need to mention Taylor, Phoebe, soffi, Mary and also Steven, for their great customer service. They are always happy to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my coffee. Great team work and a pleasure to visit.

   Fantastic customer service as always again today! The assistant store manager Taylor is always pleasant and respectful to all customers! Always welcoming and friendly from all staff. I have been going to this store since it opened and have never had a problem there! I don’t think people should bd leaving 1 star reviews with no write up just because you are family/friends to somehow clearly has wrote a bad review. Google should do better with this sort of thing!

   Today on my day off I've visited to see try the vegan option in sweets because its limited on most of the places and i've Tried the Vegan banana Caramel Muffin & Raspberry & almond mini loaf which is good, but pathetic staff customer service by Taylor, Doesn't even know how to treat the customer. Way to communicating is showcase the lack to interest towards customer hospitality. If this is the standard of customer service people might visit your restaurant for the food or goodies but not for enjoying the ambience. Kindly trained the staff to treat each and every customer equal with respect because its simply not acceptable. Thanks

   I have honestly never had a good experience with this place. They’re incredibly inconsistent. Your order will never be made the same way. Most importantly, I’m a type 1 diabetic so when I ask for a sugar free , there’s good reason for it and I don’t just do it to be difficult. 9/10 I receive a drink with normal syrup in! It’s so frustrating! I’ve only ever once had a staff member be apologetic and understanding. I don’t even bother any more I just give my drink away. Just to point out, I am a Starbucks fiend…. I love it but this location just takes the mick.
