Amazing friendly receptionist, she kindly sorted out my van collection and drop off. She kept me updated throughout the day. Ian came to collect my van was really lovely. The service was impeccable. Really helpful with looking at a dodgy sensor when my van was only booked in for a service. I would highly recommend this garage.
I brought my car to the garage without booking an appointment because a light came on my dash Matei (not sure on the spelling) was so helpful, polite and professional, he came out and put the machine on my car within minutes and explained everything clearly. Will definitely be going back to the garage in the future.
I highly recommend MOTEST, as they have been professional, easy to deal with and very accommodating about booking a free retest (within the 10 working day rule) when my car failed it's MOT. The lady I spoke to on reception has always been friendly and helpful, even when I had to cancel 2 retests at short notice. I will be recommending them to my friends and family and will definitely be using them for my future MOTs. Very happy with the service I've received. Thank you.
Worthing managed to squeeze me in at short notice, excellent service, completed the MOT while i waited in a very warm and comfy waiting area which is welcome in February. Overall a very good experience and will use again.
Would highly recommend this test station, very thorough in their safety checks for your car to be road worthy which for me is very important as I have to travel with my special needs sister and also my family so if you're families safety means as much to you as mine does then look no further.

I booked my car in for an MOT which was aborted. They phoned me straight away and explained the situation. I left the vehicle with them, with not booking an appointment, for them to resolve the situation to get the car through an MOT and within less than 48 hours, I received a call to say that they had resolved all the issues complete with a new MOT. Absolutely brilliant service from the staff here. My first visit was at extremely short notice (forgot to book my MOT) and they managed to book me in the next day. I was so impressed that I booked another appointment for some other work that needed doing. The service I received on both visits was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
