My first ever internet review. An incredibly long overdue review of a great shop and an outstanding owner. I have lived in the Norwich most of my 45yrs. I remember being served by Ian whilst shopping for my glad rags when I was a teen. Still now, all these years on, he is the only person I visit for clothes on my very rare shopping trips. He excels in his craft, getting to know and remembering customers preferences and serving every one with pure passion. My rare visits are normally lengthy where he pulls out options that I may like and I would come away with a bit of a haul. Yesterday though, I popped in to have a look for a vest top as my family walked to the car. I was greeted in a way that made me feel so welcome, instantly smiling, he directed me to exactly what I was looking for, gave me a brief but detailed description of the material and fit, I tried it on and paid, leaving within 5minutes with the same smiling continuing as I caught up with my family. Absolutely top of his game, a true leader in his game. Sorry about the length of this but I had to get it out there.
I bought a pair of Oakley Subzeros limited edition and their customer service is second to none, quick delivery, great communication from Ian and his team, the item arrived in pristine condition too, cant wait to use them for our cricket games
I looked all over norwich for a pair of Oakley sunglasses and was quite disappointed. I googled it and found this place just off guildhall hill. Ian only sells Oakley's and he knows everything about them. Great service, great selection and a great price. Shop local.

This is without a doubt the best shop in the world! I've travelled a lot and I have never found anywhere as unique. It's an Aladdin's cave of all things cool and their selection of Oakley sunglasses is astonishing. The friendly and warm reception you get from Ian & Duncan is brilliant and advice given with regards to technical demands for lenses etc is marvellous. I have never been let down! Whether using the online service or popping into the shop it's always a pleasure. It's a great independent store and the customer service won't be beaten
