Always ridiculously long waiting times for assistance of any kind. Staff seem very keen on walking round with headsets and "Here to Help" tabards while avoiding eye contact, not being helpful and definitely not "here". When you do get seen advice on products is sketchy at best.

Went to Curry’s in Norwich to buy a double oven. Spoke to at least 5 members of staff who said they were all going for a break. Saw them all come back out after their breaks. They all avoided serving me they all said they would find a manager…. Instead of just serving me! Multiple members of staff walking about with Costa coffee. Eventually I found a manager “Glenny” who told me they were very busy this time of year, and I had been placed on a waiting list. ( no one had told me this ) also I waited in this store for nearly an HOUR! We then proceeded to talk about how poorly the store was ran, we spoke for at least 10-15mins. I still didn’t get any help buying an oven. I wasn’t the only person in that store today appalled with the “service”

Experience is very disappointing, had to wait 30 minutes to actually speak to an assistant. The very few that were available refused eye contact whilst flitting around the store. The button to request help was positioned next to the payment desk, pointless as you've already been served at this point ( if you're patient enough). Management get your act together re. more staff, or continue losing sales to your competitors.

Disorganized, Understaffed, and Unhelpful I visited this store to buy a gaming mouse as a gift, but the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The store is horrifically understaffed, and the staff who are present seem completely untrained. I started by taking a product card to the till as instructed, only for the cashier to have no idea what to do with it. After I did her job for her by finding the SKU, it turned out to be out of stock. There were dozens of mice on display with no indication of what’s actually available. When I asked what was in stock, she simply told me she didn't know and that I needed to "find someone else." I walked around the store but there wasn't a staff member in sight. I eventually went to the Repair and Support desk, where a staff member radioed for help and told me to look for "the man in the mask." He never showed up. Instead, another colleague eventually approached me. She was incredibly uncommunicative. She didn’t ask a single question, just pointed at her tablet and grunted at me. After I picked a model based purely on aesthetics as I had no idea what the features were, she disappeared for ten minutes without a word. She eventually returned looking confused and wandered around aimlessly. The most ridiculous part? I ended up having to ask her for the product name, only to point out that the mouse was sitting right in front of where I had been standing the entire time. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. The level of service here is non-existent.

Went in to tentatively look for a new fridge freezer and the store was very busy with all the sales people taken... but the wonderful salesman Phil Gulley, spoke with us and explained he would be with us when he finished with the customer he was with... and sure enough, he came to us a short while later, worked though our needs and wants, and then introduced us to a model that we hadn't even thought of looking at. Phil was brilliant! Very knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, easy to speak with and he sold us the product, helping us to feel we had a great deal. In these days of internet shopping, we could have looked online, and we could have possibly found the item cheaper, but Phil Gulley and our experience at Curry's Norwich left us feeling really pleased that we had purchased in store, with real people, who know their stuff! Ten out of Ten!!! Wayne & Gill.

It is a large shop with a big selection of different item. Staff are polite and always willing to help. If they don't have it in the shop, they will definitely have what you are looking for on their website.

Huge space with lots of display items. Lots of kettles and toasters to choose from which is good. Reasonable price as well although not all items are the cheapest but if you like to see and touch before you buy this is the place especially tech items.

It was verrry busy when we went in, so we had to wait a while to be helped by a member of staff. However, we knew exactly what we wanted and the process was straightforward and easy to order our new cooker for delivery. We had already done our research and had our minds made up and we didn't feel any pressure, from the member of staff, to spend more money.

Absolutely fantastic time at Currys (Sweet Briar Industrial Estate). Fantastic staff and very good stock on display. We bought the American Hisense Fridge Freezer which was delivered pretty quickly. I must say I am impressed with the delivery men, considering how narrow the doors were. They managed to fit it in. Thank you all for a wonderful job. See you soon.

Went 25.02.2022 to look at a fridge freezer. Also looked at washer/dryers, not as much choice. Lots of choice for fridge freezers and other white goods. A very spacious store. Lots of staff not really doing much but seemed keen to help if we wanted it. Would return after researching online online.
