Good pint of Carling .steps to the upstairs toilet can be a problem very steep but there is a disability toilet on the ground floor just ask for the key

Deceptively large pub. Proper Harry Potter job, enter the small front door and go out into the bar and amazing two level beer garden. Music playing in background and friendly locals. Best of all, landlord makes a point of personally making sure you know you're welcome. Dogs welcome.
There was such a Warm welcome by the Proprietors when entering, The Staff very Welcoming, nothing too much trouble for Them, The Sunday Lunch was Very Tasty, plus the Homr Made Desert of Blueberry Cheese cake was Truly Mouthwatering, there was easy access straight from the Pavement through the Double doors to the Back of the Public House, Lounge area, with easy access to Downstairs Disabled access WC. The seating area can accommodate 50 covers at one seating, plus Offeres a Facility of Private parties, plus Live Music.. Well worth a visit, The Views are overlooking Maesteg Cricket Club, plus In the Summer offers alfresco Dining in the Beer garden..
