Served by Gemma she was lovely, very kind and quick but super helpful. Ordered a katsu curry the first bit of chicken was slightly raw and I explained it to Gemma and she offered to redo the whole meal, the rest was delicious so instead she offered to get me a piece of chicken fresh. It was quick and easy and was very nice. The new chicken was delicious.

This place is busy. I think there are too many chiefs and not enough workers to put the term more appropriately. I noticed that half the place was shut off in the restaurant but their was loads of customers standing outside. Waiting. In the rain. Then you come in and there is loads of space at the top. 3 staff people standing at the bar have a great time, another 10 having some meeting at the top on the benches near the kitchen and one lady accepting/receiving folks at the door ... Like what is going on? It's a Saturday evening, not to mention the manager looked like she was run off her feet and staff were either having a chat or checking their phones in some "right in front of the customer area" ... Again taking up huge areas of the restaurant... Please get this right .... It's not a good look. Also... The lady on reception probably needs to speed up a bit and perhaps inform families that kids are not allowed to run around the restaurant. I saw like two disasters waiting to happen. Perhaps even have family areas where folks with young children are located. Great food as always .... Just giving my honest feedback.

I've been a regular at this place since it first opened, but lately, I've found myself visiting less often due to disappointing service. The food can be a real mixed bag—sometimes it arrives cold, clearly having been left to wait far too long, while other times, my meal is delivered but the drinks take forever to show up, often halfway through my meal. It’s frustrating to see so many staff members standing around with little attention to the customers. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to their service standards.

Nice fast friendly service. There is a wide choice on the menu. Food was well presented and all the dishes we ordered tasted very nice. Price is average. As this is within the leisure park there was plenty of parking. Would recommend.

The food was amazing, just like the service. We sat at the window and we asked to move because it was cold they helped us instantly. The atmosphere was nice but it was a little noisy. Overall, the experience was good and I would recommend coming back.

Great food as usual but service was slightly slower than we would have liked. Was fairly busy for a Sunday early evening

Fairly large and clean Wagamama's restaurant in the middle of a leisure park. We visited on a Sunday afternoon (at about 1pm), and didn't have to wait at all (you can't book at Wagama's). The serving staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food was very nice. A good range of vegetarian/vegan options. Overall a good experience.

It was ok but the food came at all different times and was really noisy. Plus the bathroom were very clean and was no toilet roll in most of the cubicle. Food was ok but overall I would be recommending this place. Plus the workers weren’t that friendly to us as I have bee. There twice it didn’t seem a one off thing. But the food was ok one friend did find a bit a hair in there food thought.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Wagamama and it’s gone from sitting on a bench next to random people to sitting in a booth and being more restaurant-y if that makes sense. The food is still of a decent quality and comes in whichever one cooks first so starter, main, main, starter. Then randomly another starter arrived. Going at lunch time I thought it would have been busier but was pretty empty which allowed lots of spacing throughout. The service was good and we were attended to the perfect amount. Not too much and enough so we weren’t ignored. Also, it’s strange but we just paid via QR code and then left… Not sure if I am a fan of that but it seems so impersonal but I get it. Wagamama is still a good place to go, so try everything that isn’t the Katsu Curry because that is what everyone gets!

Food was alright. Partner loved it. Average customer service as I asked for no chili oil but was given it then asked for a dessert but got ignored. I was very disappointed as I have trouble eating spicy food. We weren't given discount or anything in return. Not going back and bit pricey.
