This place is chronically understaffed. Always swimming in dirty glasses, tables littered with dirty plates and old food and always an age to get served at the bar. Area management really need to take a good look how this pub is being run.

I'm reminded of why I stopped coming here. They are beyond petty and stingy. My meal came with barely any gravy. I've never experienced such a stingy amount of gravy in my life. When I asked for more, I was told no unless I paid. I would understand paying extra if I was given a fair amount to begin with but this amount is ridiculous. This is not the first time I have experienced a weather spoons being so stingy. I also paid for additional gravy and you can see in the photos the absurd amount I got

I'm rating The Potters Wheel - JD Wetherspoon 2 stars because I did enjoy the food but the service... A few months ago, someone who had probably just started at the bar told me that my cider was included in the menu. The mistake was that the brand of cider I had chosen was not included. Since it wasn't my fault, I thought they would offer me the cider. I had already paid for everything, and I was chatting with my friends when someone else came with the new server and asked me to pay the full price. Don't make your customers pay for your mistakes, it's unprofessional! If I had to be picky, I would also say that most ketchup/mayonnaise plastic bottles are not very full, so good luck getting a little bit out. The glasses and cutlery are not very clean, and don't get me started with the sticky tables...I'll stop there, but I could go on... Also the camera in the restroom... we have no privacy anymore.

I enjoyed a well looked after Shipyard craftbeer for less than £3. Very busy outside with the locals enjoying the sunshine. Clean throughout despite the lack of staff (only saw 2 staff).

A lovely looking Spoons from the outside with it taking up the full corner site at the roundabout. Once inside it's floor space is more wide than long and the bar is quite close from the front door. The interior needs a bit of an update decorwise and isn't as clean and trendy as other Spoons. We only had a hot chocolate so didn't dine. There were a couple of families in but mostly seemed like middle aged men chatting loudly to each other then making loud phonecals that everyone had to listen to unfortunately. A member of staff told him bravely to 'quieten it down' but that didn't work. All in all its a spoons and you know what to expect but don't think we will visit again if we visit Swansea unfortunately

We went there for my birthday. We all enjoyed ourselves the food was really lovely. Considering I never went to the bar as it was a treat for me, my friends said that the prices of the drinks weren't too bad and the food was reasonably priced and a good selection. Would definitely go again

I am deeply ashamed for red wine induced psychosis I experienced during my last visit to this fine establishment. Although I do not remember a thing, I've been made aware by friends, who found it thoroughly amusing, that I loudly proposed in a drunken stupor and soon got kicked out. Rather fairly, on account of me being a total bellend. Anyway. I digress. Sound bloody pub

Very busy on a Saturday afternoon especially with sports events happening at the same time, had my niece and nephew as well, but the food arrived quickly, and they were happy with their ice creams and colouring sheets. It took about five minutes to manage to get a seat but considering the time of time and it being a Saturday we were extremely lucky, staff cleared tables really quickly and cleaned and wiped ours down as well, excellent staff

Sometimes Whetherspoons get some unfair criticism. I can say it's the people that make the pub. We were made to feel really welcome by the excellent staff. Had a really enjoyable time here. It's nice to know that customer service is still important. Thanks
