Came here today for mothers day! Probably the bestest dinner I've ever had! Service was amazing even though they were busy as! Hayley the landlady was so helpful and accommodating! Family friendly and great prices!!
By far this is the best Sunday dinner I have ever eaten. All home cooked. Beef melted gravy was so tasty. Will be back soon. Wow outstanding
Four of us went here for a pub lunch and weren't disappointed. The food was outstanding and very generous portions. Myself and my sister in law tried the homemade curry and it was delicious, my wife had the surf and turf and said it's been the best one in a good while and my brother in law had the fish and chips which was huge. Definitely be going back and Hayley the owner and cook was very welcoming. Excellent
We travelled all the way from Cardiff as we'd heard the food here was great - and it did not disappoint. Best pub meal I've had in years. Great portions and the home made chips were amazing! Will definitely be recommending to others and coming back soon
Went here for a baby shower and it was wonderful. Despite the rain we had location's to sit in in the newly converted cabin (with a heater TV and seating for at least 15) Wonderful table service even outside where the awesome staff bless them were getting a little wet! We didn't have food today as there was a buffet provided for the baby shower by the host.
Went to leaving do for a work colleague. Hired the summer house for the afternoon in case it rained. Plenty big enough for the 7 of us. Drinks were a reasonable price. Good atmosphere.
Great pub very friendly people and staff, food is very good big portions but be prepared to wait for your food but it's worth the wait! I will definitely return when I'm back in the area!
