   Certainly one of the best charity shops in Norwich. It is small, but has a cleanliness and lightness about it. It's as if the volunteers actually like people and enjoy their work. The goods on sale are always good value and it is even possible to pick up a pretty thing for under a pound. The displays are exemplary and all the staff are kindly and friendly. The Samaritans are wonderful people and are available to talk to people who are very troubled. It is a pleasure to support their shop.

   Not a huge store but a little of something in each department. Well-laid out, not overly crowded with items unlike some charity shops. Everything is clearly priced and clean. Good window displays. Always on the ball with whichever national/International PR campaign. Items are fairly priced. Very clean and well-organised store. Staff are very helpful.
