   Paid for it to be personalised with my son's name which they never done. Customer service wont help me until I lump it back to the store which is to much hassle. Would have been a 5 star review as the bike itself is so sturdy but unfortunately that minor mishap and customer services let it down.

Not only did they display endless patience with my partner they were very sympathetic with me when he died unexpectedly and provided a full refund, with no prevarication, on the electric bike he never had a chance to ride.    A great customer care and sales team on site here. We called at the retail branch and a very skilled technician changed our brake light bulb in next to no time. The work was done while we waited and with good humour and care. Even though it was a very dark rainy day - we drove away knowing we were continuing our journey across the city with increased safety.
