“Went in looking for a pokemon ETB, none on the shelves so asked a Tesco colleague if they had any in. She checked different aisles, called a coworker to help, put her cage away and even went out the back to find one. Amazing stuff, she’s a credit to the store. I didn’t catch her name but I’m sure her name tag started with an ‘E’, young girl with dyed black hair. She was on the Christmas aisle when I asked today (03/11). More staff like her are needed!”

We were welcomed by Melissa, who proceeded to take time, and share her knowledge of the products that we were looking at. She was polite, efficient, friendly and helpful. We have also been assisted by Mark on the phone, and also in store. We have never been to Quinn's before, but would definitely use them again. Impressive customer service.”
