Called up to ask for red reflective tape, they asked if it was brake light lens repair tape I was after, I explained again and they said they had the reflective tape. On arrival there was lens tape on the counter waiting for me, they don't have reflective tape. Staff as friendly and helped me find a pair of reflectors that were suitable for my purpose.
The customer service here is excellent, if they don't have the part you're looking for in stock, they can order it in, sometimes in the same day. My only criticism is the lack of choice for higher quality parts, they only offer low end and cheap parts which are good enough most of the time, but it would be nice to have more options.
