   I visited posh nails and beauty to have my nails done, I arrived at the salon and sat with the lady who was my technician. She was very pleasant and we had a lovely chat. I left the salon pleased with my nails that cost £35 and was impressed with the speed of their service. 4 days later I noticed that 5 of my nails had started to lift away from my nails. I went back the the salon to request a refund as I was not happy and preferred to take my business else where to have them fixed. On inspection of my nails from the owner, I was informed that I couldn't have my money back and that they would re do them. I again stated that I would like to have my money back. Again I was refused, then was offered half of my money back as it was only 5 nails that had lifted. The owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will admit that the situation and owners attitude frustrated me and I walked out of the salon. The staff at the salon are very warm and pleasant, it's a shame that the owner lets the business down with such a bad attitude and terrible customer service.

   Hot stone 21.03.22 at 2 pm Complete shambles! The room was cold which is not ideal for hot stone. The therapist kept leaving the room in between the treatment time to get other stones, very unprepared. The treatment time was supposed to be 1 hour but it lasted only 35 minutes. The room was dirty and sheets weren’t changed or seem clean. I would not recommend it to anyone.

   I love this place and have been a loyal customer for years. We are not just clients, but have become friends too. I have been lucky to been treated by a number of their team over the years - Amanda, Emma, Andrea, Natasha and most frequently the owner Tracy. They are all friendly, professional and extremely competent.
