This is our favourite Costa in Norwich, we are like locals and even have regular aquaintences with dogs...we are very sad that our lovely employee James may be leaving. After such a terrible year for him too. Such a shame. ...keep doing what you're doing Costa!!!
I’ve had Costa several times and I have to say this is the worst mocha I ever tasted. It was better nasty like as if the lady that Used previously used coffee or something like that it’s not very taste of used coffee and used to remake another cup I don’t think it was fresh at allnoticing that I just asked for a refund. I didn’t want to argue.
Service has always been good, but I've had 3 poor quality / bad tasting cups of coffee recently and can no longer recommend.
Popped in while I was waiting to go somewhere else. There was a constant stream of customers but it wasn't too busy. There were plenty of seats available and I sat at a table for 3 with nice comfy seats. The atmosphere was quite and relaxed. There wasn't a queue to get served. The girl serving me was nice and helpful. I had porridge with a little jar of honey and a cup of tea. It came to £5.55 which I thought was quite a lot. The tea was OK, enough in the pot for 2 cups, but the porridge was a bit thick and stodgy, even after I added the honey and the left over milk.
Always great. I think it's better than Starbucks who have the usual food stained furniture at every Starbucks I have visited. Found most Costa are also chav free
Normally really good. Today the girl behind the counter was coughing every 2 mins into her hands and then touching food and making drinks, put me right off especially with Covid around. I would suggest not having someone on front of house speaking germs. I decided to leave my order today and go somewhere else.
The cloth they were using to wipe the steam wand was disgusting. They had multiple members of staff wandering around, rather than helping serve the queue. The barista complained about making my drink. Food/drink was up to standard, waiting time wasn't too bad & place was generally quite clean.
This outlet also stocks M&S food, so the quality is better than standard Costa offerings for the most part. Service was quick considering how busy it was and everything was clean, tidy and well stocked. I just wish the drinks range was better, especially seasonal ones for autumn.
Small branch, lots of seating indoors and outside. Very busy due to drive-through customers being served first. Not great when you on have 30 mins lunch break. Ice tea was delicious, would return to try other flavours.
