   What a wonderful experience, buying a vehicle from GLC. Richard is absolutely lovely and made sure that I was made aware of all the different oils, lubricants etc I would need. Who knew there are so many different colours of coolant! I usually have problems with salesmen, but thankfully this time was very different, I absolutely love my Nissan and am sure that if there are any future problems I will be able to contact Richard and all will be sorted. I had a very thorough handover and left fully au fait with the vehicle. Many, many thanks Richard.

   So far so good, I’ve left a deposit on a vehicle I did not go down to see, but,because of being left and time to browse, I’ve bought a car, not a elgrande or the Toyota equivalent. Why, because the car height and entry was so easy, something I couldn’t find in a European car. Thank you for not being pushy, and if the little job is done on the vehicle, which is a Nissan skyline fair lady crossover 3.7 GT, I will be picking up Monday 1st November, watch this space.picked up car and all is good, great stuff,although inside wheel arch missing."

   Having looked at other customer reviews about GLC, i would say that some of the reviewers must have gone to a different place than myself. Why do i state this? Well, I have to say that there are many large dealerships who would do better if they were to seek guidance from this company with regards to customer focus and after sales etiquette. The Team at GLC puts the customer first and live up to their promises. I bought a car for myself (Dec 22) and a few weeks later (Jan 23) My Partner also bought her car there. We were both happy with the entire process from start to end. I would recommend the team and the Comany any day of the week. Thank you Richard for your help and assistance.    Ironically I just noticed another review from an earlier customer. The Sales manager was trying to be clever with some comparison between Harrods chocolate and aTesco chocolate. His response was buy cheap, pay twice, or something along those lines. Effectively he summed his business up a treat with that line! I wouldn’t touch them again, I’d also STRONGLY recommend you get a professional check of any vehicle you buy from this outfit! It’ll save you money in the long run.
