   I had horrible experience of a guy doing coffee in the train station where it should be professional and efficient service he was putting one hand in his pocket and another doing barista job! The queue were too long with this attitude and he was intentionally slowing him self! Many people left! I was unlucky that i made the order already and had to wait, the point he didn’t call that the drink finished! It was just put on the counter and you had to guess! I sent a complaint and guess what they didn’t send the voucher they promised! Failed even to make it up!

   Great coffee, friendly service. There is a lot of competition amongst cafes on Norwich station but AMT are the best. The service is always good and the cafe is a good place to sit whilst waiting for your train connection.

   Dawn is absolutely wonderful. Such a great barista. I loved my mocha.! A great place to sit when you’re waiting for a friend. I love they use fair trade coffee, conscious choices mean a ton to me in the business world!

   Good value coffee right next to the platforms at Norwich Railway station. I don't expect gourmet caffeine for £2.80, and the service seems cheerful enough. You also get Wi-Fi thrown in should you need it.
