   A very bad experience. She treated me badly because I am not British. I paid for microneedling for my face and neck, but she only did my face. At the fifth session, I told her that she hadn't done my neck in the previous sessions. She stammered and told me that she would do my neck today because the neck is not important. If the neck is not important, why did I pay for it? I only had to pay for the face, because the price of the face is less than the price of the face and neck. In the fourth session, she also left me under the facial rays for more than thirty minutes, which is not good for the face, because she was busy with another client doing her eyelashes and did not want to waste her. Since I had paid the money in advance, she no longer cared about serving me in a professional manner. I was very upset and she made me feel worthless or less valuable because I am not British. My husband spoke to her and she told him that she would give me thirty minutes of free facial massage. I did not accept her offer because, in short, she is not honest and is not professional. She took advantage of my naivety and cheated me. I tell her, be sure that you will not continue with your project because you are not honest and you do not treat clients equally. I regret that I ever dealt with you.

   Maria did my nails are they were amazing. The attention to detail was incredible and she always did her best to make sure I was happy with them! She made sure they were perfect!! Would recommend Maria to everyone!

   DO NOT GET NAILS DONE HERE! Absolutely no. Do not recommend this place I think they r different people there and the girl made my acrylics thick and chunky. I kept telling her they were uneven and chunky but she kept denying it. Had my nails done many of times and they have never look so bad in my life. Customers always know What’s best. I told the lady to soak them off so she did then charged me £15 plus she cut my nails with the drill multiple times. And was very rough with the file. I ended up going to diamond nails instead. If I could recommend anywhere I would tell u to go diamond nails in George st or snow nails. Much better and very soft with ur hands.

   Love this nail salon! The gel pedicures are incredibly thorough and leave my feet looking and feeling amazing! The atmosphere is always calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. They use lovely products, and the prices are very reasonable for the level of care and service. Highly recommend!

   Asked for a pedicure and was told yes. She took my old gel off and put my feet in soak. Then a lady came in who had an appointment with her so she left me to do that. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting and the water has gone cold. Asked her how much longer and was told another 15 minutes. Dried my feet and walked out at that point. She shouldn't have agreed to do my feet when she knew she had another appointment due. Got a half hearted "Sorry about that" and left. Won't go back.

   I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter for a pedicure and shellac. We arrived on time to be totally ignored and were eventually asked to sit! After 15 minutes I asked when we would be seen and were told 30 minutes. This meant our appointment was going to be 45 minutes late! We did not wait! I would never use this business again and would never recommend this business to anyone!

   What a rip off! £30 for a 15-min rushed spa pedicure for my grandson (the therapist left the salon immediately after)! Paid the same for my grannddaughter's 45-min pedicure with a different beautician and including polish. Queried it and got told it was £30 for my grandson. Won't be coming back...

   I was a walk in brow wax & I wish I'd looked at the reviews before. I'm not even sure where to start, but one of my eye brows still looks no different and I'm going to have to book in with my regular salon to get it fixed. I also asked for my brows not to be trimmed, the technician then began to trim them with scissors. I pointed out that I said I didn't want to have them trimmed. She then tried to justify the trm. I then left as quickly as possible. Rude staff and awful waxing job.

   Booked in for my first ever manicure and was really disappointed with the service. They didn’t even touch my cuticles, just filed and put on a gel colour. They had too many appointments for the staff working there. They were so busy, the quality of service was rushed. Wouldn’t use again
