2.5 hours late. And not even any prawn crackers! In the end I had to go to the location as they were not answering their phones.
Had a takeaway on Sunday night with my friend and have both had severe food poisoning from it. We ordered nothing with meat in so can only assume it was the egg fried rice. Both have been very poorly and this is the second time after ordering from lotus house.
This used to be our favourite Chinese but recently has gone massively down hill. Last time we ordered they forgot to put in the items we ordered, after phoning up we were told “oh so you want us to bring up the missing items then?” After an hour we finally got our items after all our food was cold, the woman delivering was also extremely rude. No refund or anything was offered, just all round awful service and we won’t be using again.
1st time I've ever ordered from here .. we ordered early evening and arrived within 20 minutes , all food was red hot. I can't fault it Thank you
Good Chinese takeaway in Rugely. Worth noting they only take cash so if you're thinking of paying by card that won't happen. Food is good.
Good warm tasty .. delivery driver was very polite
Nobody told us they are not use the same recipes. Our order was poor, cooked diced chicken and obviously microwawed not stir fried. Only greenpepper and onion in it. Pictures taken
First time ordering from here had no cash on me so used the foodhub app last time ill be ordering from here beef curry was overflowing with onions and next to no beef but my biggest grievance is the big long black hair found in my salt and pepper chicken clearly this place do not wear hair nets discusted put the whole order in the bin
First (and last) time ordering tonight.. 2 mains, 1 rice and 1 salt and pepper chips. Partner collected our food however when he got home realized they’d forgotten the salt and pepper chips we ordered (didn’t think we’d have to worry about checking such a small order) phoned back up and they said to come and collect them. Partner went back out and when he collected the chips they gave us plain chips and said they’d only charged us for them even though I ordered salt and pepper. He didn’t have any cash on him to pay the extra. Food was pretty average too. Just poor service all round!
