The wife and I had good things about Cafe Verde and today we decided to give it a go for lunch. We were welcomed with a smile and shown to a vacant table. Our order was taken and indeed delivered in timely fashion. The food was beautifully presented, delicious and well priced. Will we go back? Certainly
Lovely food in a quiet setting. Staff are friendly & professional with nothing being too much trouble. Visit regularly as it is our favourite place for Brunch. Well worth a visit!
Fabulous cafe / coffee shop in Mattishall. Lovely clean and airy premises offering a warm welcome by the two Lovely ladies, mum and daughter I believe. Excellent breakfast, I went for the smaller option and glad I did as that was plenty big enough. Friend had bacon and egg sandwich, well stacked! Lovely latte to help it along. Can't recommend it high enough. Perfect thank you.
Stopped for breakfast a few weeks back and loved the food. I had a huge full English breakfast and it was perfectly cooked. I'd recommend making reservations as many tables were reserved. There is ample parking outside the cafe.
Big breakfast, great coffee and friendly service. Honestly can’t fault this place. Had a full Monty and was surprised at the portion size, clearly using fresh ingredients and good quality ones. Coffee, which was a flat white, was good and nicely presented. Staff were incredibly busy but they were attentive to everyone and made sure everyone was acknowledged and served in time. They could probably do with an extra person, which is no fault of their own or let the service down but they were clearly stretched. Can’t wait to be a regular customer. Well worth a visit.
Been here a few times, staff are always really nice, had the homemade beef burger with chips was really good and filling Price is good too
Great food and great service. Food is freshly cooked so a bit of a wait, but worth it. Hope to go for a Sunday Carvery there soon
Nice oat milk flat white. We didn't eat but other people's Sunday roasts looked impressive. Really warm, plenty of tables, easy parking.
I had the full monty all day breakfast... It was the best breakfast I've ever had ..... The quality of the breakfast was amazing Everything was cooked to perfection I spoke with the Amy the chef and payed her complements The service was perfect and everybody was super friendly with great conversation Will definitely be back
We had a fantastic evening meal! A small group of us were very well looked after by cheerful staff who served us wonderful food. Would highly recommend. 5 star
